Beth Flory is the Chief Executive Officer of S.A.F.E. House. Since joining the agency in 2009, she has served in a variety of direct service and leadership roles before being appointed CEO in 2021. Her journey began in the emergency shelter as a Residential Advocate and Children's Advocate, followed by administrative leadership roles as Human Resource Manager and Director of Operations.

Beth brings nearly two decades of supervisory experience from both her current and previous positions. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in human resource management, is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and is a graduate of the Praxis Advocacy Learning Center and Leadership Henderson's Class of 2022.

Beth is deeply committed to ending violence against women and children, empowering survivors, and building safer, more equitable communities. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for NCEDSV and The Giving Store and regularly volunteers as a facilitator for High School Leadership, a biannual three-day leadership retreat for high school juniors and seniors.

Outside of her professional work, she is also a freelance artist. Visitors to the S.A.F.E. House office can enjoy several of her donated paintings, a reflection of her belief that creativity can inspire hope, healing, and connection.

Aurelia Soto's journey with S.A.F.E. House began in 2005, when she sought safety in our emergency shelter with her young son after experiencing domestic violence. Having experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of compassionate advocacy, she returned in 2010, not as a client, but as a part-time shelter cook, determined to help others facing similar circumstances.

Driven by her deep commitment to survivors and her unwavering dedication to S.A.F.E. House's mission, Ms. Soto advanced through several roles, including Residential Facilitator and bilingual Victim Advocate, before being promoted to Director of Advocacy in 2020. Today, she leads the Advocacy Department, overseeing a team that provides crisis intervention, safety planning, court accompaniment, assistance with protection orders and other legal documents, and connections to critical resources and community services. Her personal journey from survivor to leader is a powerful testament to resilience, hope, and the transformative impact of victim services.

Tara Cavalluzzi serves as the Emergency Services Director at S.A.F.E. House, providing leadership for the organization's emergency shelter and 24-hour crisis response services. She is dedicated to ensuring survivors have access to immediate safety, trauma-informed care, and compassionate advocacy during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Tara is passionate about building strong, survivor-centered programs and empowering her team to provide exceptional care. She believes that creating a safe place to begin healing is not just a profession, it is a purpose.

Licensed Clinical Counselor

Tiffany Day, M.S., CPC, is a licensed clinical professional counselor, nonprofit counseling director, minister, and community leader in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is dedicated to advancing mental health, supporting survivors of domestic violence, and strengthening individuals, families, and communities through advocacy, education, and collaborative leadership. In addition to leading clinical programs, Tiffany mentors youth and families, serves in ministry, and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree while continuing to advocate for equitable access to behavioral health resources and community-based support services.
